Ayrshire Hospice

Ayrshire Palliative Emergency ECHO

Ayrshire Hospice will be running an ECHO programme focussed on supporting district nurses working in palliative care. Please find the event calendar below along with the registration form.

Facilitator

Steph Thomson

Steph is a clinical educator at the Ayrshire Hospice.

From September, the Ayrshire Hospice will be delivering ECHO sessions covering a range of palliative care emergencies.

The sessions will provide an overview of the signs and symptoms to be aware of, the investigations that would be undertaken and the treatment options available.

These sessions aim to provide staff with more confidence with identifying and managing situations in a timely and sensitive way.
