ECHO stands for Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes. The purpose of Project Echo is to share knowledge and best practice to improve outcomes for our communities. We are an ECHO hub (programme provider) and a 'superhub' (training and support) within Scotland. This allows us to deliver partner launch training programmes to newly formed hubs while providing refresher training to existing partners. By establishing these hubs we offer a solution to the barriers of knowledge sharing among the health and social care sector throughout Scotland.
