Arts in Palliative Care ECHO- St Columba's Hospice Care

St Columba's Hospice Care has been running a unique ECHO network focussing on the role of art in their valuable work. The session is headed up by Dr Giorgos Tsiris , Director of Education, Research & Creative Arts at St Columba's Hospice Care, and Senior Lecturer in Music Therapy at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

Giorgos, together with the Arts team of St Columba’s Hospice Care, is leading this innovative ECHO programme bringing together Scotland-based arts therapists and arts practitioners working in palliative care.

There is one more session in September which focuses on CHAS's ‘Music & Me’ song-writing/recording project were presenters Janet McLachlan, Rachel Drury and Polly Harris will share their experiences with the group.

This is open to Scotland-based arts therapists and arts practitioners working in palliative care.  You can contact the team for more information.
