The Scottish Centre for Project ECHO has been working in partnership with Near Me to provide a platform for hosting our ECHO sessions. Near Me is recognised by NHS Scotland as a secure platform which ensures our sessions can be a safe space for sharing ideas. Near Me is also a very straightforward platform which can be used entirely within the browser; we value this as we see making sessions accessible to people regardless of digital confidence to be vital.
We will be trialing Near Me with our upcoming ECHO sessions for informal carers.
