Rural Fellows ECHO

After a successful run in 2024, Rural Fellows sessions will be returning for the new year in 2025.

Rural Fellows isn't currently accepting any further registrations. However, do get in touch if you feel this would be of particular relevance to you.

Facilitator

Dr Connor Gamble

Aim

To provide knowledge transfer in palliative and end of life care for GP's working in rural areas.

Who is it for?

Rural Fellows ECHO has ran twice since 2023. The audience has been fully trained GP's who, instead of going straight into practice, take on an extra year of service commitment but also with a strong emphasis and support for gaining additional skills important for working in remote parts of Scotland. The initial inception was part of a year long funded project but is now established and will continue.

They are scatted rurally throughout rural areas of Highland and Scotland.
