It's more than just an induction

We specialise in delivering partner launch training to newly formed hubs and refresher training to our existing partners.

Training consists of a thorough introduction to the ECHO model, situational learning through simulated ECHO sessions and development of strategic planning and commissionable modelling. The training adds value in several ways:

Strategic planning- ECHO training provides health and social care practitioners with the underpinning knowledge to plan and make a case for the sustainability of their idea.

Leadership- Leading an ECHO session as a facilitator is an important role, which requires the skills to keep a complex online community of practice moving in the right direction. We teach the art of listening and grabbing those 'learning moments' to ensure the group gets everything they need from their ECHO experience. Can you be a leader and a servant to an ECHO CoP?

Developing the workforce- Running ECHO sessions and hubs can be a drain on resources if not set up correctly. We not only train administrators and health professionals to manage the ECHO process effectively but also can now provide basic training in essential hybrid digital skills such as the use of content management systems, automation and personalisation to combine traditional administration with business and marketing skills to aid audience engagement and growth. This website portal behaves like an app and a repository which allows hubs to collaborate with us while seamlessly learning to manage their own online web content and communication.
